Anton has spent 12 years developing clinical software as the CEO of Clinical Excellence Technologies, drawing on 18 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse specialising in Mental Health. He is a Director and CTO of Oqea where he combines his passion for mental health, technology and business to lead the development of cloud-based solutions that empower both patients and clinicians to greater outcomes.

Anton started his small business at age 16 and has operated & advised small business over the subsequent 25 years. Masters studies in Business Administration have integrated personal & consulting experience with a passion for marketing and IT innovation.

Anton is the Architect & lead Developer of dozens of highly usable enterprise focused clinical and non-clinical healthcare software applications.
Anton’s web hosting, web development & marketing consultancy included major projects with Department of Agriculture, Tourism WA, WA Health, Ramsay Health and dozens of small to medium sized business in many industries.

A top-ranked Certified SEO & Google Adwords Consultant, Anton has consulted internationally regarding online marketing & ecommerce since pre-Google days of online commerce.
Anton is developer & owner of MentalHealthWA.com – a comprehensive mental health directory which has directed hundreds of thousands consumer searches to relevant providers.

Clinical

Anton was Clinical Nurse and Acting Clinical Nurse Manager overseeing busy inpatient wards in both private and public settings. He has co-developed and facilitated a well-received group program for Patient Supporters.
Anton’s protocol for treatment positioning was a finalist in the Worksafe Award for “Best Solution to a Work Place Safety and Health Issue”. This was a world first, delivering Electroconvulsive Therapy in the left lateral position.
